Application of Distribution Oil-Immersed Transformer in Mining
General introduction of KS9 series mining flameproof dry-type transformer:
This series of transformer silicon steel core which is composed of crystal particles of low loss of outstanding. They have the advantages of small low no-load loss, no-load current and low noise.
The box structure is strong, can withstand a normal pressure.
KS9 series transformer is suitable for coal mine underground substation, bottom, the total inlet duct and the main air duct, although there is no gas but dangerous places. Also applies to tunnel more humid environment.
Service conditions:
a. The height of sea level is less than 1000m.
b. Highest temperature 40ºC
c. Lowest temperature: -20ºC
d. Maximum daily average temperature: 25ºC
e. Maximum annual mean temperature: 20ºC
f. The relative humidity is less than 95%(when the sir temperature is 25ºC)
g. Install at the site with dust methane, but no explosion water
h. Power supply voltage profile approximate to sine wave
Scope of application:
It suits for center substation, mine stop, general wind bypass and main wind bypass which has gas but no explosion danger, and the moisture environment.
Product features(advantages )of KS9 series mining flameproof dry-type transformer:
A.Adopt silicon steel sheet iron core which is made of excellent low loss crystal granule.
B. Low no-load loss, small no-load current and low noise.
