Queensway Substation To Receive Three New Power Transformers
Uganda: Queensway substation upgrade project on Entebbe Road in Kampala, Uganda is on due course with over 45% of the construction works complete and all equipment already delivered to the site.
The upgrade project includes installation of three transformers of 40 MVA, 132/33 kV each, which will provide a 17% increase in capacity to electricity delivered to the city centre, reports New Vision.
The electrical substation is projected to be commissioned in March 2017.
